Shipping 

Shipping to Canada and the USA is $6.99. Orders $89 and over ship free. 

If you live in Edmonton, AB or surrounding areas, we will drop off your order for free. Just pick "Edmonton and area drop-off" at checkout. 

We do our best to ship on the day of the order, or within no more than 1-2 days of receiving your order. Expect your package within 2-7 days from ship date within Canada and longer to the United States. 

In the unlikely event that a package is lost, we will do our best to work with the mail carrier to find your package. We cannot offer refunds or replacements on lost packages at this time. Please contact us with any issues with your packages and we will work with you to find a solution. 

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in the event of a defective product. Please contact us at info{at}well-belle.com to initiate the return of a defective product. 

We believe in our products and we believe in offering superior service to you, our customers. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us to let us know and we promise to do our best to make things right. 

Refunds

If, for any reason, we need to refund your purchase, we reserve the right to retain a 10% re-stocking fee to make up for the fees we pay to credit card companies, PayPal, etc., that are non-refundable. We will always communicate this clearly prior to issuing the refund.
